Yoga Pilates combines the mobility of the back from yoga, the extension strength of the lower limbs, and movements that increase balance. Pilates brings movements that promote the support of the core muscles to the exercise.
In the exercise series, we do, among other things,
- back rotations
- movements that open the chest
- forward, backward, and side bends
- movements that strengthen the core muscles
- without forgetting the shoulders and shoulder joints.
