My style of teaching is more dynamic than traditional hatha yoga. My classes are open to students of all ages and are suitable for beginners and those who have been practicing yoga for a long time.
I have been practicing yoga for about 20 years and have been an instructor since 2012.
I studied the 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified Hatha Yoga instructor training in 2011 in Colorado, USA.
The school is called Eldorado Mountain Yoga Ashram https://www.eldoradoyoga.org and it is located in a beautiful location right on the side of Kalliovuori Mountain.
