Come and calm down at Sin's Yin yoga class.

The yin yoga I teach is gentle, present and listens to the body. In yin yoga, doing becomes being and performing is letting go. The practice is very meditative and activates the parasympathetic nervous system responsible for recovery. Long and deep stretches combined with breathing affect the body's connective tissues, but also the relaxation of the mind. The body is never forced into anything, but the aim is to find a good feeling in the asanas through relaxation.

Sini Saari is a yoga teacher (500h) and recovery coach specializing in holistic recovery and healing, balancing yoga exercises.

For Sini's company, Haltiapuu, the importance of connection with nature and its roots are seen as an important part of the business and there is also a common thread that has been with the company since its founding: The roots of the tree deep in the ground tell the story of our past and act as an anchor, reminding us of who we are. The trunk is firmly present in this time and moment, unhurried and listening, but also flexible in the wind, the branches curiously reaching towards the future.
