Sami's yoga is a combination of yoga based on the teachings of the Finnish Yoga Association, as well as joint+power yoga.
The class starts standing, warming up and taking care of the joints, and continues with balancing, and going through the body from top to bottom. The class also takes into account the muscles of the whole body in a variety of ways. At the end of the class, the body and mind are also taken care of.

I have been a member of the Yoga Association for 15 years and graduated as a yoga teacher of the Finnish Yoga Association in 2021. I have led about 400 yoga exercises in the Helsinki metropolitan area over the past ten years. In addition, I have been actively involved in the activities of the Yoga Institute – I have led ten courses and acted as a trainer in three.
By profession, I am an IT service manager, and as a board member I would like to utilize my IT skills, especially in the association's communications and promoting digitalization. I am also interested in developing transparency in communication and operations between trainers, as well as designing and implementing new, innovative courses.
I live and breathe music, rhythm and resonance; the whole universe spins and ticks. I sing, I play, and at its best, the guidance progresses in the rhythm of my voice towards peace, leaving the background noise behind – enjoying the eternity of the moment.
