Sup Yoga is a great way to relax and get fit, surrounded by the pristine waters of Lake Saimaa. It will also enhance muscles strength and coordination, as well as balance and agility. Our lesson will depend on the prevailing weather conditions and the experience of the participants in stand up paddling. Please note that everybody must know how to swim to take part in this activity.

You can wear normal sports clothes or just a swimming suite, when the weather is warm. We recommend to use a sun cream and a cap during the sunny day. It's also good to take some changing clothes with you and you can leave jewelers and other valuables at home.
